Aquarium Friendly Paint?

I'd like to color my green pvc filer pipes black, what kind of paint would be safest to use and what would be the safest process to do this? I can't have my tubing out of the water for too long......I can get away with 24 hrs or maybe 48 with just my biowheel in a 55. So paint drying and fuming.....?

krylon fusion is safe one it has dried. I use it on the tubing in my 265 and eh1421 uses it on some of his.
His has been going for quite a long time and mine has been for half a year
