aquarium gear

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Lol I used my Milwaukee impact/tear resistance glove from Home Depot when I sold my 18” female stingray. Literally one hand holding her tail and the other hand under her belly . What are you looking to move?

How large are we talking? When I was an importer we just used large nets, that works for fish up to around 2-3 feet I'd say, after that would be a whole different story

When I had to move some large fish ( my wife was divorcing me), I put a 300gallon Rubbermad stock tank in the back of a friends SUV, put enough water in it cover the fish, and he drove them the 90 miles to Chicago.
He held on to them at east 6 months until I got it together, then I picked the fish up the same way.

I'd look into getting heavy duty fishing nets for such an endeavor. I take it large catfish or arapaima?

Black tip reef sharks? Perhaps Zoodiver Zoodiver posted something about moving sharks in the past. He is an expert in sharks and is very knowledgeable. He hasn’t been on in a while but you should still check out his threads to see if he posted anything about moving sharks if you have the time.
Here’s a link to his profile incase the @ doesn’t work.

Also is this for an aquarium or something?
