I'm sure this has already been asked or covered. But I'm wanting to know what's the best and most accurate aquarium heater/s for a 100 gallon aquarium. The one I currently have fluctuates a bit top much for my liking and looking to upgrade.

Honestly the heater I got is one that was with the tank when I bought it. I know for sure its a 300w and brand is a aquaneat if I'm thinking correctly. :(

The room the tank is in about fluctuates 2-/+°. The problem I'm having is I'll set the heater to 77° and it will turn off before it gets to that temp. I can try to turn it up higher to find where to set it at for 77° but my worry is that say 77° is actually 86° and then the heater decided to work correctly. I've tested them temp of the tank with 3 different thermometers and there all showing the same.

I have 300 watt in my 210. House is at 68 or so and it stays at 79.8-80.1 with heater set to about 79-80

If you can swing it, get two heaters, like the Jaeger, and use a controller. Set the heaters a bit higher than your controller. It's good to have the redundancy. That is, if your controller ever malfunctions, the individual thermostats on the heaters will not exceed the slightly higher temperature. There's a lot of threads on other types of heaters and controllers on MFK.
