aquarium lightning for 84 in tank?

Hi I've had my 265 running for a while now. Never had any lightning. I will basically have pacu and Oscars in tank etc..

Anyway I can't seem to find a 84 inch hood with lights. What would you recommend to do? Can I just buy a 72 inch hood and use? Or would it not look good? Or could I go with 2 hoods like 48in and a 36in and use 2 to cover the whole tank. I want to buy soon and am confused and want it the best without dumping a ton of cash.

2 36" fixtures will be more than adequate
 
I'd use two three foot dual bulb fixtures.

Moved to setup and filtration.
 
For some reason, I feel as if Pacu and Oscars would do a little bit better in subdued lighting. I'd lean towards something like 2 pairs of spotlights spaced around 48 inches apart, or just 3 singles. If I had fixtures, I agree with bbortko, that 2 36" would be fine.

Obviously I can't see what the rest of your room lighting is like, but I do like the idea of some parts of the tank being a little subdued.

Spot lights give a great shimmer, too. This is certainly a good idea. One could buy a pair of clamp lamps and put LED flood lights in them and only have to spend about $50 to get a similar effect to ultra expensive halide spots that reefers use.
 
2 beamworks 32" you can get at a good price would be a good idea.
