Hello again. I have these little tiny organism crawling around the edge of the water and sometimes above. They are freaking me OUT! If any one can help please much appreciated. I try to upload a vid but it's not working.

you need to describe their shape, sizes & color. but there are common things mostly harmless.
 
Under a microscope or good magnifying glass planeria appear to have a triangular shaped head.
They are a type of flatworm usually brought on by overfeeding.
More water changes with substrate vacuuming help to eliminate them.
Paradise gouramis eat them.
 
planaria are harmless, and show up when your fish are being overfed or not cleaned enough. they consume debris. waterchanges and lower the feedings and they will go away.
