I recently set up a new aquarium. Earlier today, I bought some "bulb" type seeds for aquarium plants. When I got home and attempted to plant them, I had to partially bury them because they float. The instructions on the box were vague, so I don't know if I'm
Suppose to fully bury them or not. I've never used live plants before, so I don't know what to do. Any helpful information would be much appreciated.

i'm familiar with the type you are speaking of. The only problem with burying them is that you still need the chute side to be up. Typically even though they float at first they will sink once hydrated.
You can always start them out in a cup of water, let them start to sprout, and then plant them once they have started. This makes sure you plant them with the right side up.
good luck.

Kk, I just put the seeds in a cup. Only two still float, an they are the largest ones. I'm noticing some root-like things coming out of them, so I'm excited. :D
