Aquarium rack air pump size

Just started a build on my aquarium rack and i was wondering what size air pump i should use to run the sponge filters. The rack holds 7 tanks,
3 10's
2 20L's
2 29's

Also, which brand is best? Looking for quietness and doesnt use much electricity

I built the front face of my rack and the back as 2 seperate pieces. The 2*4's that the tank sits on aren't exactly level with eachother in some spots, so the tank wobbles. Do you think shimming the corner of the tank would be my best bet? Thanks

First, make sure you know exactly what part is not level, then yes, shim it.
