Aquarium safe paint?

well i need to paint my overflow and return pipes for black , which color is safe for aquarium ?? i heard somewhere that 100% latex??

Yes.You can either spray it or roll it on,for the background.If you use a roller,any acrylic or enamel paint will work fine.
