Yesterday I did a water change and cleaned my tank. All of my plants have been dying so I threw them away. I figured since my plants are gone I'd try this aquarium salt. I never used it before. I followed the directions to add it. When I came home from work there was poop all over the bottom. I've never seen so much poop in that tank like that before. Does the salt help fish clean out there system or something?
