Aquarium Sealant Suggestions

Any suggestions for aquarium sealants?

I have read the sticky, but I am either unable to find some of the suggested sealants or the sealants turned out to not be aquarium safe.

I used GE RTV 108 on all my previous tanks as soon as it dries its safe.
