He could get another one the next time he goes back to Oki. but with the cost of the book and mailing stateside you would probably spend about the same as buying from Neo. plus youd probably get it alot quicker too if you ordred from him. I was waiting for over almost 2 months to get mine all the way from okinawa. I am willing to help you out, but i suggest buying from Neo because i cannot guarantee when you would get the book.

Neo can't get a volume 1.
 
I must have been tired or something when I posted. This is the wrong book. I want Monster fish keepers vol 1. Sorry.
