Ok, so my tank doesn't have much decor due to lack of funds. I have only one little plant and a large cave with pebble substrate. It looks somewhat boring so I wanted to get some of that aquarium wallpaper I saw one time on the internet that you stick on the back of the aquarium tank so it can look like its "in nature" lol

Point is I do online searches and searched here and came up empty. Anyone have links as to where I can buy. I looked at petco.com and found nothing either. What the heck! :confused:

Just kidding, I read your post there also...

Most pet stores have the printed backgrounds. Although I find them tacky myself...

If funds are a concern, grab a bucket and go for a walk in the woods. You're sure to find some suitable rocks.

Another option... I go to a landscaping company a couple of times a year and they let me take home "scarp" rock that they would otherwise throw away and these 'scraps' are great for small or medium sized tanks.

I thiink a single colored background with actual rocks looks so much better than the printed backgrounds...

But that's just what I think...

-And yes I'm embarrassed. I saw the other thread like right after I posted this one. Such shame. And thanks I might do something simple myself since im sure shipping from online stores will kill me. lol

Simple eh? As for rocks in the woods... I live in La. Don't know what kind of woods I'm going to find near here lol. I'm skittish about the clenliness of rocks despite washing. So I pass on those. But I will get some posterboard. Maybe deep blue :D

Cause those are really expensive as i have a few.
 
Really never seen them at petco or petsmart? They're on rolls next to the plastic decor and stuff, they just roll it off and cut it for you.

You have gravel in the bottom of the tank right?... Ewww... it's dirty because it's a rock that has been boiled less than 200 days... (joking sarcasm)

While I can respect and appreciate the value of cleanliness, at some point you have to admit that your being excessive.

Although we are dealing with a hobby here, not a necessity of life. So if you want to create artificial limitations for yourself that's your choice. But it becomes hard to make recomendations as we may not value these limittations the same way you do.
