Im going to make a Diamond Tetra tank based on the movie Twilight!
Basically these Tetras will be the cullens, becuz of their shiney diamond like scales and the fact that they swim very fast. Going to keep 8 of these in a 75 gallon tank with 16 Sterbai corys which would be the wolf pack. the tank will be super understocked and super over filtered.
from what i read these tetras do better in darker aquascaping. my aquascape is sopose to mimic the the forest in washington DC using stright drft wood with taiwan moss to look like those evergreen trees and christmas moss on he floor to look lush and fern like. the back ground will be black and the gravel is pret dark clay color.
Im just curious has any body have any experience keeping hese guys in darkers set up tanks or in brighter set up tanks.
becuase i would like to use a very bright plant light to illuminate tank like a T5, but wondering if the tetras might not show their colors out much.
the T5 will make the moss growing in the plants stand out better and look more lush, which is goood. but maybe the tetras might not look as goood.
Just curious on other peoples experience. WITH Different SETUPS!! =)
