looking for some quick answers here just looking for a new idea for my aquascaping it is a 6x1.5 footprint and i have some lace rocks 2 medium driftwood pieces and a bunch of plastic plants
heres a pic of the tank

In my opinion the best thing you could do would be to either get a black background or paint the back of the tank black. The printed backgrounds take a lot away from the look of a tank in my opinion.

Also, the flowers are too uniform, they look like they were placed. Try to bunch them up a little or something like that. They aren't exactly two feet away from each other in nature. ;)

For example, here is my tank with a black background and the plants bunched up a little.

I would go with lots of rock. Africans like rock. I happen to have about 100lbs of slate I just took out of my tank......replaced it with round rock to give more swimming room for the Aro!

I agree . . . if I were keeping Africans, I'd lose the driftwood and go with rock . . . create some swimming zones, and some hiding places
