Aquatic Foods Feeders?

Has anyone used Aquatic Foods feeder goldfish?
I was thinking of placing an order with them.

I don't feed goldfish, but they have some wrong information. Their site says goldfish are healthy food for Oscars and Lionfish.

I was planing on feeding them just to grow up my fish then convert to non live food.
I have read they are not the best feeders, but I cant find any more that someone will ship for a decent price.
