its $4.95, For lightning Medium to Highlight is fine (usually Compact flourescent) for substrate if you can go with flourite then thats better but regular sand would be fine.

the amazon sword we have are not really that tall, maybe like 10" tall (Mother Plants) and 7" for the plantlets
