Fly River Turtles which are expensive and illegal to export now. But you can try a Soft Shell Turtle although its risky as they might eat or nip at your fish.

There is also the Mata mata. Very cool turtle, but big and expensive. Soft shells generally don't come out of the water much, but they should still be provided the opportunity, about the same goes for snappers.
