Their prices are awesome, but how is their service.

Hey, I live in San Francisco and the Aquatrader's company is about 20 minutes away from me. First, the person named Elvis who is in charge of the company is a real ***. I've bought things from them before because the items were cheap but you get what you pay for. I bought 2 300 watt heaters from them and they worked for 2 weeks and died. Getting a refund from them is like pulling teeth.
OnTheir website they make it seem so easy to get a refund from them. It says to let them know if the product is not satisfactory they will give you a refund, or replaced. You're supposed to let them know but most of the time they don't even respond to your message or make an excuse to not give a refund or replacement. They also ship the things ordered online and most of the people are unsatisfied with the item, if they even work at all. Also, the prices of their products are only available online and not honored in the store eventhough they ship from there. I can go on and on about their shoddy products and even worse customer service. Search on this forum and you can read about other peoples experience with them. Look at their refund policy. Every item with a problem is up to their discretion on what they will do about it. The Doctor.

I thought Elvis died back in the 70's !!!
Maybe they should do the same. Word of mouth is the best or worst advertising on the planet.
