Aqueon 72x18 Trim Dimensions

Hello all,

I am doing a building project and was wondering if someone has an aqueon 72x18 tank that can measure the depth of the plastic trim. Is it 1.5 inches like on their 40 Breeders or deeper?

I hope I understood the measurement you want. Also, I think you may need to actually see (and measure) the very aquarium you are considering, as some brands may have modified their constructs over time.
Below my Aqueon 125g (purchased used in 2019, thought to be ~6 years old). It is close to 2".


Just for reference, this is a 40g that I thought it was by the same company (but I am not sure) and which is ~5 years old. Also close to 2".

Thank you, that was what I was looking for.

And, you're right, they may have tweaked these measurements since your tank was produced.

I assumed the depth would be 2 inches. My non-Aqueon tanks are that length.
