So i got this 50ft water changer that hooks up to your sink for Christmas last year. Let me tell you, this thing rocks!! well 11 months later my flow valve (hooks up to sink) breaks. So i buy a replacement(new style) 15 bucks. Breaks after 2 changes!!
!! Well i find to my surprise Aqueon has a limited lifetime warranty on this product? I said bull... After a quick phone call with a 1 sec wait, a perfect English speaking Valerie picks up asks me to please take a picture of both broken units and send it to her email with my address. 1 hour later i have a receipt sent to my email that my order (both free replacements) has been placed!
Anyways, best customer service ever!! and i read a trick for any of you who have broke one on your sink to get a brass adapter and keep it permanently attached to the top of the flow valve so your only screwing the brass and not the plastic... Anyways i'm so happy with my service i had to tell...
o yea if your thinking of one of these it creates a vacuum so u need decent water pressure... i have high water pressure so this thing is a beast... takes up all poop and almost no sand!!
