Arapaima Gigas
Why some Arapaima are absolutely silver and red while others are black and red? Two different species? The one in Thailand seem to be all silver and red:

While the one from the Amazon seem to be all black and red. Water temperature? I tried to check the babies and again two different types, some silver and some black. I am not sure if this is about sex as I read the one that is slender with the colour red or a lot of it is male compared to the large female that has little red to none.
