Arapaima in my LFS

I went to the LFS today and there is a baby Arapaima, about 10" long. It looks gorgeous, looks nicer than an Arowana with its metallic green based body and dark black fins. If I hadn't been a member here it would be in my 55 gal fish tank by now. I just can't get it out of my mind.

The have pima at one of the fish stores I go to as well lol. Just out of curiosity, how much are they listing in your area at your LFS?

oh ok, thats about the price they were selling in my LFS as well...

And I know what you mean, it is really hard NOT to buy one lol. Just cannot house one...

Still baffles me you can by them without a licience of some kind.
