Ever seen that program on Descovery real living channel it's called " JUNGLE HOOK " it's about a bloke who fished in all the amazonian waters and catches these amongst other amazon fish. It's a really good show.

Yea I frequent this pet store quite often I think he has 4-5 arapaimas left out of a whole tank full that on the first day was about twice as full as that...
I had no idea fish that grow that large school, Is it only juvi behaviour? Id love to see a school of HUGE arapaima, wouldn't want to get in the way of that.
