my archer fish has a white almost like fuzz on his right eye and it looks like hes blind in that eye and he wont eat wat do i do

Completely covering the eye? How long has it been since he ate? Any other info you can provide or a picture?
with a closer look it looks more like a couple small white scratches on the top part of the eye and behavier wise he isnt eating and he is staying in lower parts of the tank wich he usaully stays at the surface all the other fish are fine and im doing a water change this week
