Do I have to have a large gap of air between the water and the top if my tank for an archer fish? Can I just leave it filled up??

Anyways, does your tank have a lid cover? If it does, i'll leave around 3 inches of gap so there is air circulation. just my opinion.

Yes it does have a cover. And I apologize for posting this here but it wouldn't let me post anywhere else.
Other Monster Fish would have been a better bet for replies.

You could fill it all the way up, but they kinda takes the fun out of having an archer.
