Archerfish Ideas

I recently aqcuired another archer fish, now i have 2 in a 30gal tank. they both are about 2-3inches big. One of them is the rarer Banded archerfish. im looking for new ideas to get them to spit more, maybe some tank hints or genral knowledge of the species in order to better train them.

stick plus hand with worm/cricket works well for training, diy a platform if you want a stationary feeding stick. Youtube has vids on there too

From the few people ive talked to, they have told me that crickets are a huge risk do to diseas? true?

I've never had a issue with it but I feed my archers fish flakes/crickets/worms and anything I can find in my backyard. Mines jump out of water for live feed, pretty cool. I should start another archer tank

lower the water level a couple inches and add a driftwood branch that sticks out of the water so when you drop insects they have a platform for the archers to shoot at
