archers fresh water safe?

besides the burmese archerfish are any of the other archers safe in pure fresh water?

correct me if im wrong but i think these two are:

Toxotes lorentzi
Toxotes oligolepis

Toxotes microlepis generally do fine in freshwater as long as you keep up on water quality. They're also one of the smallest species and are quite readily available. The trick is correctly IDing them.

All archers are freshwater safe. I have kept banded archers in 100% fresh with no hassles at all.

 

[WinterAlloy]

T. jaculatrix and T. chatareus prefer ~SG1.010. T. microlepis prefers SG1.005 or less. Other species need freshwater.
