Archocentrus Centrarchus a.k.a. Flier Cichlid

Wassup MFK,
I just aquired myself (3) 4-5" Archocentrus Centrarchus. I have been wanting to get into centrals for a while then stumbled across these fishes.
This is my first centrals (Besides convicts) so I don't know what to look out for in sexing them.

Does anyone know how to go about sexing these fishes?
Like is there anything that I should look out for?

here is a vid of my adult female that is only about 4". She is very bonded with my female HRP hybrid?. They take turns laying eggs every 2-3 weeks.

Great underated fish.
