yes, angelfish are compatible with sailver dollars.
no, you can't keep four angels in a 39g with kribs. once they start to mature, angelfish WILL pair up. once paired, they will harass the other fish in the tank. if they lay eggs, their aggression will increase. same with the kribs - any pairs will stake out territory and defend it. a 39, as far as bioload, could hold a single angel and a few peaceful tankmates, or a pair if you choose the tankmates more carefully. four angels will be war, and if you add kribs into the mix, the fighting will be constant.
