Are bowfins native to Wisconsin?

I'm asking because there is going to be a Cabela's opening down the road from me and I was wondering if they would put some in their aquarium of native fish.

yes, they are in the great lakes. The only surviving species of bowfin, amia calva, lives east of the mississippi river (with the exception of the great lakes) and west of the Connecticut River. Fossil records show that they once lived in washington, california, and the other western states but have migrated eastward.
