are butterikoferis good tank mates

I have a dovii that is about 3-4in. and i there is a 5-6 butterikoferi for sale i was wondering if that would be okay to mix them

your dovii will more than likely kill them eventually, save your money lol

Hard to say. Butti's are nasty fish in their own right. Being that the butti is bigger it would likely dominate the dovii, since it's still quite small and young.
I wouldn't mix them personally.
