I have a 7 inch buttikoferi and i was wondering are they human aggressive.because mine dosent seem to mind my hand in the tank.he just looks at it and swims away.will it get aggressive.

All depends on the fishes personallity. It may end up being that way or not. I have seen some that are agressive, and some that are big pushovers.

If you starve him for awhile you should be able to get him on other foods. Or if you just offer pellets or something he will eat them eventually.

It has some sharp teeth.whenever i come near the tank he flashes his teeth

I have heard of them coming after people, I know a guy over on oscarfish.com who had one draw blood when it bite him. It really depends on individual personality and the relationship with your fish.

are us serious about the drawing blood.I think mine is capable becuase he has two rows of needle like teeth

Mine is cool too untill I wanna clean his tank or move the Mag-Float..AT ALL! Then he tries to eliminate eveerything thats connected...Me! LOL
Be careful

i had 1 that was very territorial it would bite your fingers on 1 side of tank but u could do whatever u want on the other side without any aggresion shown .
