Are Cichla Azuls Illegal in Hawaii?

I've been looking through the list for Restricted Species in Hawaii can could not find Cichla so why what the thread closed?

I think it is because per the new rules, the title needs to include whether it is shipping or pick up. Dude is going on a thread closing rampage in the marketplace.
