Are Clown Knifes Tough?

I was thinking about putting a African Brown Knife and a Clown Knife in my 55 gallon and then when they get to big I would move them to my 125 bass tank. But can the knifes put up with the harrassment from the 15 inch bass or no?

This weekend i'm setting it up with two Top Fin 60's and a 30 gallon Top Fin Filter. Emperor 400 I was looking at but I am more familiar with the Top Fin filters.

generally their pretty laid back fish till something pis5es em off.

It depends on the type of bass, how aggressive it is, and what the relative sizes are. The african brown is most at risk but has a reputation for squabbling with other knives. The clown will eventually get large enough to eat the brown and many species of "bass".
