Are clown loaches slime coat suckers?

Are clown loaches slime coat suckers? I have 2 Irwini cats thats appearance and behavior has changed. At first it I thought it was some sort of fungus or something, but after treating nothing changed. I just noticed a couple of the loaches picking on the cats and started to think that everything changed once I got the loaches and that the cats skin looks rough and dry instead of smooth and slimy like it should be.

If they're bored heaven knows what they'll get up to. I've seen them vacuum the silicone off the inside of the glass, or carefully uproot a lotus plant... or shred an angelfish. Get some MTS and a PVC-pipe-stack and a couple of power-heads.
