are frozen mysis good for cichlids?

I just tore down my salt tank and I have lots of leftover frozen mysis. I was told that I can feed that to my freshwater tanks and I wanted a second opinion. I'm sure if it's ok that my cichlids would just love it, and probably the ABK's too! Thanks!

I also have 3/4 of a package of formula 1, but I can't figure that would be good in a freshie tank?

i've read that frozen mysis are more nutritious than brine shrimp and many other frozen foods that people feed their fish. they're really good nutritionally, of course in combo with other things too....
