Are FW Stingrays legal in California?

Saw a fw stingray for $250 when i was in San Jose. Saw it at a well known fish store

Yeah. Some people just don't get the picture though. There are one or two types that are legal, though. I forgot which ones. Anyone?

Atlantic Stingray is legal. All others that I know of are illegal in CA.

Yeah, that's the one. Thankfully, I've never seen them in stores. I've never seen any fw rays or SHs in any LFSs I've been in.

You could report them. The sale of FW rays is illegal and should be reported.

We're only talking about California. They're legal in most other places.

As far as I know they are illegal in California, Georgia, Arkansas, Arizona, Hawaii, Utah, Florida, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas. I think thats all of them.
