Bad to feed my stock once a week to once ever two weeks? I heard cases of fish getting parasites from them...is that common?

Keep yourself a 10 gallon and stock it with them for quarantine. If they survive a week or so feed em. Live crustaceans are one of the best foods out there.

I've used ghosts for my old retic stingray he loved them but i think he loved the challenge of catching them more

Yes the store I buy them from would qt a large group for me in store and I would again once home. My lfs breeds them in house in a huge 250 gallon tub.

Depends how many I bought. If I bought a lot like 40 or 50 no I would feed two like two or three times a day.

I just fed mine sinking algae wafers ect. toss one in once a week or whenever it was gone... worked pretty good while QTing them... don't feed them anymore because they are insanely expensive nowadays.
