Okay, I figured that on Discovery they are always saying they are good to eat that maybe so it would for fish. Okay, thanks. But wild caught earthworms are correct? And isnt their diet quite similar? Just wondering.
I have fed my fish earthworm before, I tend to cut them up and rinse them off really well, their gut is full of mud and stuff that I am a little afraid of. They love them. I have never tried grubs though
The C-shaped white grubs (scarabs) are fine. Don't use them if the lawn has been sprayed with pesticides or other toxins. They have strong jaws, so crush or cut off the head first to prevent the grub biting your fish.
