Are guppies or white clouds more nutritiuos?

I have a delhezi bichir, African black knifefish, Leopard Ctenopoma, and a angel fish. My local pet stores says that white clouds are more nutritious than guppies is this true?

Not sure but I think I recall reading that guppies are a better feed.

Ya I have always feed guppies she seems to think the white clouds have more meat to them lol. White clouds are harder to breed so ill stick to guppies since I have a breeding tank for them.

You can also try convict cichlids.They are also known to be almost constant breeders.

Good idea and they usually dont eat there young so I could get more babies. Its kinda sad to feed those but would give me more to feed my others I use a 20 gallon tank as my breeder how many convits could I use in there?

1 pair of convicts
you would want 2 to 3 pairs in separate tanks then maybe a 4th tank for the babies. not sure how combining different broods will go but when you take out babies that start breading again.
