Just wondering, I was thinking they might work well with a hole drilled in the middle to hold down fake plants, silicone the plant into the hole.

Anyone tried this? any other thoughts on a way to keep fake plants planted?

ummm, hockey pucks are rubber, they always smell funny, i dunno man lol. Look up their composite although i think that my be trade secret. i would find something else tbh.

HAHAHAHA, when I seen this post, I KNEW it was Canadian. I've asking this myself lol. I personally think you should soak it for a few weeks with a carbon filter to take out any impurities.

why not use wood, and drill in to that....?

wood will also float until it's waterlogged. just get some thin pieces of slate and drill those...

if you have gravel in your tank use some aquarium sealant and glue a bunch of gravel to the bottom of the plants. this works good with the big fish that like to rearange the tank.

hmmmm... Now the wheels are turning .... I'm thinking a Hockey themed tank... little ice rink painted on the bottom, couple of nets, Nice MFK logo at centre ice (so as to not have the whole Who's team is better than whos debate ofcourse ;) ) couple of small hockey sticks laying around on the ice....How exactly do you think I could sqeeze a jersy on a few catfish ??? :headbang2  :I'm goin :screwy:
