I'm talking about SeaClear System 2 and Tenecor Simplicity Plus and similar sytems where a wet/dry is built into the rear of the tank.

The reason I'm asking is because I want the safest filtration system with good biological filtration ability (such as a wet/dry). I figure these systems are the safest, most flood-proof because the water never leaves the tank and no siphon overflows are used.

It seems that the only way for there to be a problem would be if the overflow/skimmer was clogged and that would be very unlikely. It also appears that it would be essentially impossible to overflow the sump area.
