are my bass a couple?

my bass are 15months old now and have been together from the start,but last night all of a sudden they are kind of figthing well there slapping tails at each other, they are not doing each other damage, but it does go rough, big question is is it a couple or do i have 2 of the same sex???
you guys got any ways to tell??
any way here are some pics i cant see a real hump like i see on the bass of lots of you guys.

Cant really tell from the photos.. How are they behaving? Are they taking nips at eachother, flaring etc.. (couple behaviour).
Were gonna need someone with a pair to help you out, maybe tongue or the other members with a pair can chime in..

but maybe ocells dont get the hump,or less pronounced,unlike monos?
