No one... its 5 middle sized endys, 2 congicus and 2 big ornates we're talking about. :( I need all help I can get as these are my favorite fish!

What are your water parameters?
Have you done anything with your filters recently?
Any other fish in the tank?

For starters do a 50% water change and add some salt (get parameters before WC).

I'm sorry no one replied to you yet, I can imagine your distress. :(

Found 1 dead endlicheri this morning.

Water is fine.. and I haven't touch my filters for a month or two. I have 1 asian arowana, 3 geos and some more in the tank which are doing just fine!

Did a waterchange when I saw these symptomes last week.. did one more today.

Do you add anything to your water changes? IE...Prime?

add any feeders lately?
anything new in the tank... plants, rocks etc...?
is your heater working? (if glass, turn it off and check if its cracked)

Try Daily 10-20% water changes and Aquarium Salt

I dont add anything more than water.

I added new drift wood a couple of months ago. Heater is working fine and no cracks (just checked).

Got a WC endlicheri some weeks ago that died after 2 days... maby it has something to do with this?
