Are my Senegal Bichir's cupping/spawning?

My boyfriend gifted me two Senegal Bichirs last year for my birthday (March). They were fairly small so I don't know how old they are. This morning upon feeding I noticed my bichirs "laying" on top of one another. Upon googling, I realized they may be cupping. Right after my larger bichir had this *pictured& coming out of her anal. Is it poop or what is going on ?. They are in a 100 gallon tank with African and SA Cichlids.

Yes looks like spawning. That is poop.

Don’t know much about these guys but it looks like constipation. How much do you feed?
