I was at my LFS the other day and my buddy who works there (He's more of a SW guy) told me that Pea Puffers do not do well with plants. I have a 10 gallon (It's been set up for almost 5 months now) that has a lot of plants in it (Hopefully they'll break up the line of sight for the puffers) and I just want to make sure it'll be ok.

Also, I've got a 12.5X turnover rate in the tank and right now I have 2 Albino Cories and 5 Otos. I'm gonna take out the Cories when I get the puffers, but the Otos will be fine in there, right?

my mom had a coupel of pea puffers in a 5 gallon tank with a plant they did fine with it

from ex but most puffers do ok with plants they are recommended alot of times actually

They will do great in there! They prefer to spawn in java moss.
Be sure you try to sex them: http://www.**************.com/forum...rinotetraodon-travancoricus-the-dwarf-puffer/

That's cool, because I've got a piece of driftwood covered in Java Moss. How about the compatibility with Otos?

Works quite well together actually. Not so good for cories though.

Yeah, that's why I'm getting rid of them when I get the Pea Puffers. A little OT here Puffer, but what store is your LFS?

Coral Reef, in Norridge.
