I lost my SA lungfish when it crawled up an intake tube.
I tried hard to save it, but the damage was done. I've fixed the intake tube problem (siliconed the sections of the Rena tube so it can't come apart again, no matter what fish is banging on it!), but I can't find a new SA lungfish.
I've tried Aquabid, but only Africans have been listed. The online retail places I've checked don't have SA's either. There is a "lungfish" on the order sheet at a LFS, but no one can tell me what kind of lung it is. (If anyone here does retail orders from APet, let me know if you can find out.)
Anyways, I can't seem to find a SA lungfish. Are they out of season for awhile or what?
