are silvers territorial??

Hi i started of with 2 motoro rays and i added a silver arrow of about 5 inch, all was well in the old tank. I have had a new tank built ,in this time the arrow grow to 12inch. When the new tank was finished i added the arrow first, for 2 weeks then added the male ray. Now all of a sudden he keeps trying to bite the ray when hes up front . Is this commen in silvers?

Should i remove him for a while and add him back later so he thinks he dont own the joint cheers

Yep, Arowanas are territorial. Especially when they are sub-adults unless they share space with a comparably sized fish.
