yesteday I treated my 75 gal with Tetra Algae Controlat recommended dosage of 6ml for the approx 72 gallons currently in the tank. Today I find that my Dempseys spawned again and I amwondering if the eggs are safe or at risk of being lost since theproduct claims not to be safe for shrimps invertibrates and snails. So far, so good... only one fungused zfemale still happily tending My only other concern. The spawning site is on driftwood and I thought this would contribute to far more fungus losses than if they hdspawned on stone or glass. hoping for best

I don't know if that product will harm the eggs or not. Error on the side of caution a do a large water change and run some carbon for a day or two.

product causes an ever so faint milkiness to the water. running Cannnister at 325 gph flow and loaded with carbon... tank now almost crystal again... will hold on the water changes for now . my left side not cooperating. 8 eggs have turned white and considered lost. Most are still a super translucent creamy yellow white with darker shades appearing within.
Thanks Again

Vast majority of the eggs are hatching:)Mom has yet to move the wrigglers. Maybe 5-15% lost to fungus, but much less than I thought I would lose due to them having spawned on driftwood.DSCF5221.JPG DSCF5146.JPG
