Not particularly,they require good water conditions,a varied diet and the right size tank with good covers,depending on the species.I would say they are for a more experienced fishkeeper who would be able to satisfy their needs.
Apparently, Clare is a much better interpreter. It was the "the" and should've read as "they". So Clare stated there are different species, and do require different type of care for the African Aro, Jardini, Silver, Black, and the Asian Aros. Not only do they require some extra care more than your typical Tiger Barbs, but also the size of their enclosure. But you will never know until you try it.softturtle said:
